Jaxxwear secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number or personal data) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Jaxxwear does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other third party companies.

Shipping is just $4.99 flat rate for all orders shipped via ground service in the US. Express shipping is available for a surcharge.
Orders are shipped Fedex or UPS ground or express in the US and Canada. You may indicate your choice of shipping at check out. Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. You will receive a tracking number via email upon completion of your order. All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for ground delivery, depending on your location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Beanstalx Baby offers a 100% happiness guarantee! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can send it back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 21 days for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items, however; sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available to check availability email us at email@example.com or call us at 347.796.0286.
• Returns are always free! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

• Returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase. International orders are final sale.
• You have 21 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item.
• Item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging.
Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. In order to avoid any delays in processing your exchange, we recommend that you select an additional, alternate exchange item, size or color on your exchange slip in case your first choice is unavailable.
